Description and Requirements

As a Premium Merchandiser Specialist, you'll represent hundreds of brands across several retail locations. You will work with a diverse set of products including magazines, grocery items, sunglasses, candy, cosmetics, health & beauty, and more. You'll be an integral part of an established and fast-growing company built on family values. Your goal is to grow sales for Premium clients by executing various retail merchandising activities.

What will you do?

• Locate merchandise in store backrooms to stock shelves.
• Stock and pack products to ensure availability for shoppers.
• Front face products to enhance shelf appearance.
• Receive marketing and promotional materials at home and deliver them to stores.
• Install and position promotional materials as instructed.
• Set up and maintain product displays throughout the store.
• Reset displays or sections as needed, including full remodels or product shifts.
• Use Premium’s field technology on your mobile device to answer questions and document your work with photos.
• Represent Premium and its clients in retail stores within your assigned area.

• Share best practices with our nationwide merchandising team via social media and communication channels.

• Report completed work promptly on the same day.
