Description and Requirements

As a Premium Merchandiser Specialist, you'll represent hundreds of brands across several retail locations. You will work with a diverse set of products including Magazines, Grocery items, Sunglasses, Candy, Cosmetics, Health & Beauty, and many more! Growing sales for Premium clients is the goal, achieved through executing a variety of retail merchandising activities.

What will you do?

• Locate merchandise in store backrooms to place products on the sales floor.
• Stock and pack out products to ensure availability for shoppers.
• Front face products for optimal shelf appearance.
• Receive and bring promotional materials to the store.
• Install and place promotional materials as per instructions.
• Set up and maintain product displays throughout the store.
• Reset displays or product areas as needed, including full remodels or reorganization.
• Use mobile technology to answer questions and report work progress.
• Take photos of completed work to demonstrate success.
• Represent Premium and its clients within your assigned retail stores.

How will you succeed?

• Work independently while building relationships with store staff.
• Be the face of Premium in your stores, developing trusted relationships.
• Communicate effectively with store personnel and the Premium team.
• Share best practices via social media groups and communication channels.
• Seek support from Premium’s Operations Support Center when needed.
• Complete tasks within designated timeframes.
• Follow detailed instructions carefully to ensure quality.
• Report work completion on the same day.
