Description and Requirements

As a Premium Merchandiser Specialist, you'll represent hundreds of brands across retail locations, working with products like Magazines, Grocery items, Sunglasses, Candy, Cosmetics, Health & Beauty, and more. You'll be part of a growing company built on family values, focusing on growing sales through retail merchandising activities.

What will you do?

• Locate merchandise in stores' backrooms to place products on shelves.
• Stock and pack out products for shoppers.
• Front face products for optimal shelf appearance.
• Receive and bring promotional materials to stores.
• Install promotional materials as per instructions.
• Set up and maintain displays throughout the store.
• Reset displays or product areas as needed, including full remodels or product shifts.
• Use mobile technology to answer questions and report work.
• Take photos of completed work.
• Represent Premium and its clients in stores within your area.

How will you succeed?

• Work independently while building relationships with store staff.
• Own your stores, becoming the go-to resource through relationship building.
• Communicate effectively with store staff and Premium team members.
• Share best practices with nationwide merchandising teams.
• Seek support from Premium’s Operations Support Center when needed.
• Complete tasks within designated timeframes.
• Follow detailed instructions carefully.
• Report work promptly after completion.
