Job Title: Premium Merchandiser Specialist

As a Premium Merchandiser Specialist, you'll represent hundreds of brands across several retail locations. You will work with a diverse set of products including Magazines, Grocery items, Sunglasses, Candy, Cosmetics, Health & Beauty, and more. Your goal will be to grow sales for our premium clients by executing a variety of retail merchandising activities.

What will you do?

• Locate merchandise in store backrooms to place products on the floor.
• Stock and pack out products to ensure availability for shoppers.
• Front face products to optimize shelf appearance.
• Receive and deliver marketing and promotional materials to stores.
• Install promotional materials following provided instructions.
• Set up and maintain product displays throughout the store.
• Reset displays or product areas as needed, including full remodels or rearrangements.
• Use Premium's field technology on your mobile device to answer questions and upload photos of your work.
• Represent Premium and our clients within your assigned retail areas.

How will you succeed?

• Work independently while building relationships with store staff.
• Be the face of Premium in your assigned stores.
• Communicate effectively with store staff and the Premium team.
• Share best practices through social media groups and communication channels.
• Seek support from our Operations Support Center when needed.
• Complete tasks within the designated timeframes.
• Follow detailed instructions carefully to ensure quality work.
• Report your completed work promptly.
