Description And Requirements

As a Premium Merchandiser Specialist, you'll represent hundreds of brands across several retail locations. You will work with a diverse set of products including Magazines, Grocery items, Sunglasses, Candy, Cosmetics, Health & Beauty, and many more! By joining the team, you'll become an integral part of an established and fast-growing company built on family values. Growing sales for Premium clients is the goal, achieved through executing various retail merchandising activities.

What will you do?

• Locate merchandise in store backrooms to place products on the floor.
• Stock and pack out products to assist shoppers.
• Front face products for optimal shelf appearance.
• Receive and bring promotional materials to stores.
• Install and position promotional materials as instructed.
• Set up and maintain product displays throughout the store.
• Reset displays or sections as needed, including full remodels or product shifts.
• Use Premium’s field technology on your mobile device to answer questions and upload photos of completed work.
• Represent Premium and its clients in retail stores within your area.

How will you succeed?

• Work independently in stores while building relationships with store staff.
• Represent Premium as the face of the company in your assigned stores.
• Communicate effectively with store staff and Premium team members.
• Share best practices and leverage support via social media groups and communication channels.
• Seek help from Premium’s Operations Support Center when needed.
• Complete work within designated timeframes and follow instructions closely.
• Report work completion the same day.

What tools do you need?

• Reliable transportation to travel between retail locations.
• A smartphone with data and internet access to report and upload photos.
