Description and Requirements

As a Premium Merchandiser Specialist, you'll represent hundreds of brands across various retail locations. You will work with diverse products including magazines, grocery items, sunglasses, candy, cosmetics, health & beauty, and more. By joining the team, you'll be part of an established, fast-growing company built on family values. Your goal is to grow sales for premium clients by executing various retail merchandising activities.

What will you do?

• Locate merchandise in store backrooms to place products on shelves.
• Stock and pack products for customer accessibility.
• Front face products for optimal shelf presentation.
• Transport marketing and promotional materials to stores.
• Install promotional materials as per instructions.
• Set up and maintain product displays.
• Reset displays or reorganize product areas as needed.
• Use mobile technology to answer questions, take photos, and report work.
• Represent Premium and its clients in retail stores within your area.

How will you succeed?

• Work independently while building relationships with store staff.
• Be the face of Premium in your stores.
• Communicate effectively with store personnel and the Premium team.
• Share best practices with our nationwide merchandising community.
• Seek support from our Operations Support Center when needed.
• Complete tasks within set timeframes and follow instructions carefully.
• Report completed work promptly.
