Description and Requirements

As a Premium Merchandiser Specialist, you'll represent hundreds of brands across various retail locations. You will work with diverse products including magazines, grocery items, sunglasses, candy, cosmetics, health & beauty, and more. By joining the team, you'll become part of a well-established, fast-growing company built on family values. Your goal is to increase sales for premium clients by executing various retail merchandising activities.

What will you do?

• Locate merchandise in store backrooms or stockrooms to place products on the floor.
• Stock and pack products to ensure availability for shoppers.
• Front face products to optimize shelf appearance.
• Receive and bring promotional materials to stores.
• Install promotional materials as per instructions to enhance product visibility.
• Set up and maintain product displays throughout the store.
• Reset displays or product areas based on client needs, including full remodels or product shifts.
• Use mobile technology to answer questions, take photos, and report work completed.
• Represent Premium and its clients in retail stores within your area.

How will you succeed?

• Work independently in stores while maintaining relationships with store staff.
• Be the face of Premium in your assigned stores, building trust and recognition.
• Communicate effectively with store personnel and the Premium team.
• Leverage support and share best practices through online groups and communication channels.
• Seek assistance from Premium’s Operations Support Center when needed.
• Complete tasks within set timeframes and follow instructions carefully.
• Report work promptly and accurately.

• Reliable transportation to visit multiple retail locations.
• A smartphone with data and internet access for reporting and photo uploads.
