Job Title: Premium Merchandiser Specialist

As a Premium Merchandiser Specialist, you'll represent hundreds of brands across several retail locations. You will work with a diverse set of products including Magazines, Grocery items, Sunglasses, Candy, Cosmetics, Health & Beauty, and many more! By joining the team, you'll become an integral part of an established and fast-growing company built on family values. Growing sales for Premium clients is the goal, achieved through various retail merchandising activities.

What will you do?

• Locate merchandise in store backrooms to place products on the floor.
• Stock and pack out products to ensure availability for shoppers.
• Front face products for optimal shelf appearance.
• Receive and bring promotional materials to the store.
• Install and set up promotional displays as per instructions.
• Maintain product displays throughout the store.
• Reset displays or product areas as needed, including full remodels or product shifts.
• Use Premium's field technology to answer questions and upload photos of completed work.
• Represent Premium and its clients within your assigned retail areas.

How will you succeed?

• Work independently in stores while maintaining relationships with store staff.
• Be the face of Premium by building strong relationships with store personnel.
• Communicate effectively with store staff and Premium team members.
• Leverage support and share best practices via social media and communication channels.
• Seek help from the Operations Support Center when needed.
• Complete tasks within set timeframes and follow instructions carefully.
• Report work completion on the same day.
