Description and Requirements

As a Premium Merchandiser Specialist, you'll represent hundreds of brands across retail locations, working with diverse products including Magazines, Grocery items, Sunglasses, Candy, Cosmetics, and Health & Beauty. You'll be an essential part of a growing company built on family values, focusing on increasing sales through retail merchandising activities.

What will you do?

• Locate merchandise in store backrooms to place products on shelves.
• Stock and pack products to ensure availability for shoppers.
• Front face products to enhance shelf appearance.
• Transport marketing and promotional materials to stores.
• Install and maintain promotional displays as per instructions.
• Set up and maintain product displays throughout the store.
• Reset displays or sections as needed, including full remodels or product shifts.
• Use mobile technology to answer questions and document work with photos.
• Represent Premium and its clients within your assigned retail areas.

How will you succeed?

• Work independently in stores while maintaining good relationships with store staff.
• Be the face of Premium, building relationships with store personnel.
• Communicate effectively with store staff and Premium team members.
• Share best practices with the nationwide merchandising team via social media and other channels.
• Seek support from Premium’s Operations Support Center when needed.
• Complete tasks within set timeframes and follow instructions carefully.
• Report work progress on the same day of completion.

Tools needed for the job:

• Reliable transportation to visit multiple retail locations.
• A smartphone with data and internet access for reporting and photo uploads.
