Description And Requirements

As a Premium Merchandiser Specialist, you'll represent hundreds of brands across several retail locations. You will work with a diverse set of products including Magazines, Grocery items, Sunglasses, Candy, Cosmetics, Health & Beauty, and many more! By joining the team, you'll become an integral part of an established and fast-growing company built on family values. Growing sales for Premium clients is the goal, achieved by executing various retail merchandising activities.

What will you do?

• Locate merchandise in store backrooms or warehouses for placement on the sales floor.
• Stock and pack products to ensure availability for shoppers.
• Front face products for optimal shelf appearance.
• Transport marketing and promotional materials to stores.
• Install and display promotional materials as per instructions.
• Set up and maintain product displays throughout the store.
• Reset displays or product areas, including full remodels or shifting products.
• Use mobile technology to answer questions and document work with photos.
• Represent Premium and its clients within assigned retail stores.

How will you succeed?

• Work independently in stores while maintaining relationships with staff and management.
• Build relationships to become a trusted Premium resource.
• Communicate effectively with store staff and Premium team members.
• Share best practices and support via social media groups and communication channels.
• Seek assistance from Premium’s Operations Support Center when needed.
• Complete tasks within designated timeframes.
• Follow detailed instructions carefully to ensure quality work.
• Report completed work promptly.
