Description And Requirements

As a Premium Merchandiser Specialist, you'll represent hundreds of brands across several retail locations. You will work with a diverse set of products including Magazines, Grocery items, Sunglasses, Candy, Cosmetics, Health & Beauty, and many more! By joining the team, you'll become an integral part of an established and fast-growing company built on family values. Growing sales for Premium clients is the goal, achieved through executing various retail merchandising activities.

What will you do?

• Locate merchandise in store backrooms to place products on the floor.
• Stock and pack out products to ensure availability for shoppers.
• Front face products to enhance shelf appearance.
• Receive and bring promotional materials to stores.
• Install promotional materials as per instructions.
• Set up and maintain displays throughout the store.
• Reset displays or product areas as needed, including full remodels or product relocation.
• Use mobile technology to answer questions and document work.
• Take photos of completed work.
• Represent Premium and its clients in retail stores within your area.

How will you succeed?

• Work independently in stores while maintaining relationships with store staff.
• Be the face of Premium in your stores and develop trusted relationships.
• Communicate effectively with store staff and team members.
• Share best practices through online groups and communication channels.
• Seek support from Premium’s Operations Support Center when needed.
• Complete tasks within deadlines.
• Follow instructions carefully to ensure quality work.
• Report work completion promptly.

• Reliable transportation to multiple retail locations.
• A smartphone with data and internet access for reporting and photo uploads.
