Description and Requirements

As a Premium Merchandiser Specialist, you'll represent hundreds of brands across various retail locations. You will work with a diverse set of products including magazines, grocery items, sunglasses, candy, cosmetics, health & beauty, and more. Your goal is to increase sales for premium clients by executing a variety of retail merchandising activities.

What will you do?

• Locate merchandise in store backrooms to place products on the floor.
• Stock and pack out products to ensure availability.
• Front face products to optimize shelf appearance.
• Transport marketing and promotional materials to stores.
• Install and place promotional materials as per instructions.
• Set up and maintain product displays throughout the store.
• Reset displays or product areas based on client needs.
• Use mobile technology to answer questions and report work.
• Take photos of completed work to demonstrate success.
• Represent Premium and its clients in retail stores within your area.

How will you succeed?

• Work independently while building relationships with store staff.
• Be the face of Premium in stores, developing trusted relationships.
• Communicate effectively with store staff and Premium team members.
• Share best practices with the nationwide merchandising team.
• Seek support from Premium’s Operations Support Center when needed.
• Complete tasks within the designated timeframe.
• Follow instructions carefully to ensure quality work.
• Report work completed on the same day.
