Description and Requirements

As a Premium Merchandiser Specialist, you'll represent hundreds of brands across retail locations, working with diverse products including magazines, grocery items, sunglasses, candy, cosmetics, health & beauty, and more. You'll be part of an established, fast-growing company built on family values, focusing on increasing sales through various retail merchandising activities.

What will you do?

• Locate merchandise in store backrooms to place on shelves.
• Stock and pack products for customer accessibility.
• Front face products for optimal shelf appearance.
• Transport marketing and promotional materials to stores.
• Install promotional materials as per instructions.
• Set up and maintain product displays.
• Reset displays based on client needs, including remodels and product shifts.
• Use field technology to answer questions and document work with photos.
• Represent Premium and its clients within your assigned area.

How will you succeed?

• Work independently in stores while building relationships with staff.
• Be the face of Premium in your stores, fostering trust and recognition.
• Communicate effectively with store staff and Premium team members.
• Share best practices via social media groups and communication channels.
• Seek support from Operations Support Center when needed.
• Complete tasks within deadlines and follow instructions carefully.
• Report work progress promptly.

• Reliable transportation to travel between stores.
• A smartphone with data and internet access for reporting and photo uploads.
