Job summary

Jacent Strategic Merchandising is seeking a part-time Merchandiser in Seward, AK. You will cultivate relationships with store management, execute merchandising resets, build displays, and merchandise impulse items on clip strips and J-hooks.

The role requires standing/walking, lifting up to 50 lbs, and adaptability to changing environments. Compensation is $19–$20 per hour with daytime hours, a predictable schedule, and a $500 sign-on bonus paid in two installments.

Job description

New hires within eligible requisitions starting between 10/1-11/30 will receive a $500 sign on bonus, payable in two installments.

Who We're Looking For

• A self-starter and quick learner who enjoys working both independently and in a team setting
• Someone who is comfortable in changing environments
• Someone who is able to meet the physical requirements of the role, with or without a reasonable accommodation, which include:
• • Standing and walking 3-8hrs
  • Lifting up to 50 lbs
  • Crouching, bending, twisting, and repetitive hand movements
• Possesses excellent organizational skills
• A strong communicator with the ability to build relationships with business partners.
