The Merchandiser is the face of Bell Nursery for our retail partners, responsible for visual merchandising, unloading, stocking live goods, and customer relations. They report to store, area, district, and market managers and collaborate with receiving partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Adhere to company policies and merchandising standards
• Implement plan-o-grams and set store ads
• Unload and stock shipments accurately
• Maintain inventory and watering standards
• Communicate daily with leadership

Technology Requirements

• Smartphone with necessary applications
• Ability to communicate via text, email, and phone
