Job summary

Breakthru Beverage Group is hiring an Independent Retail Merchandiser in Covina, CA. You will creatively showcase our brands by building displays, managing inventory, and placing products at retail locations.

Ideal candidates are 21+ with a valid driver's license, excellent customer service, and the ability to lift 45–65 pounds. This full-time, on-site role offers mileage reimbursement and a competitive hourly wage.

Responsibilities

Job Description Summary

As an Independent Retail Merchandiser at Breakthru Beverage, you will creatively showcase our brands through building displays, managing inventory and product placement. Job Responsibilities

• Daily merchandising in new and existing accounts:
  • Stocking and rotating shelves
  • Building displays
  • POS material management
  • Store resets for remodels, grand openings or seasonal changes
• Build strong rapport with key account relationships and obtain feedback on merchandising activities. Share feedback with appropriate sales team members to
  • Identify brand/category opportunities
  • Identify opportunities to expand shelf and cold box facings
  • Communicate out of stock or new item opportunities
• Learn and grow beer, wine, and/or spirit knowledge for brands and our customers.
• Responsibly handle beverage alcohol product & conduct safe and responsible interactions with the public.
• Other duties, as assigned by the jobholder’s supervisor, may also be required.

Minimum Qualifications

Salary And Benefit Statement

Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, internal salary ranges, market data/ranges, applicant's skills, and prior relevant experience.

Compensation

• $17.28/hr - $23.35/hr
• $500 Sign-on Bonus
• Mileage Reimbursement at 70 cents per Business Miles driven
