Breakthru Beverage Group is seeking an Independent Retail Merchandiser to creatively showcase brands through displays, inventory management, and strategic product placement across Pasadena, Covina, North Hollywood, Burbank, and surrounding areas. You will build displays, stock shelves, and manage POS while developing knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits.

The role requires a reliable vehicle, 21+ years old, and weekend availability.

Qualifications

• 21 years or older to apply with a HS Diploma or equivalent.
• Possess and maintain a valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
• Top-shelf customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift 45–65 pounds and work weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Daily merchandising in new and existing accounts: stock shelves, build displays, manage POS materials, and handle store resets.
• Build strong rapport with key account relationships and gather feedback for the sales team.
• Identify brand opportunities and expand shelf and cold box facings; communicate out-of-stock items.
• Learn beer, wine, and/or spirit knowledge for customers and ensure responsible handling of beverages.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
