Job summary

Breakthru Beverage Group in Encinitas, CA is seeking an Independent Retail Merchandiser to creatively showcase our beer, wine and spirit brands. You will build displays, stock shelves, manage inventory, and place products at customer locations with a car.

This role requires 21+ years, a valid driver’s license, strong customer service and communication skills, and the ability to lift 45–65 pounds. The position offers a competitive hourly rate, a $500 sign-on bonus, and mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

• Able to work occasional weekends.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise daily in new and existing accounts: stocking/rotating shelves, building displays, POS material management, store resets.
• Build strong rapport with key account relationships and obtain feedback on merchandising activities; share feedback with sales team to identify opportunities.
• Learn and grow beer, wine, and/or spirit knowledge for brands and customers.
• Handle beverage alcohol product responsibly and interact with the public.
• Other duties, as assigned by supervisor.

Job Responsibilities

Minimum Qualifications

Compensation

• $21.60/hr - $23.35/hr
• $500 Sign-on Bonus
• Mileage Reimbursement at 70 cents per Business Miles driven
