Description and Responsibilities

As a Merchandiser at Acosta, your key responsibilities include:

• Merchandising brands in various categories, ensuring product visibility and availability.
• Performing retail merchandising activities like stocking, straightening products, and placing signage.
• Using a company-issued mobile device to complete work, including taking photos and answering step-by-step questions.
• Collaborating with Walmart store management and associates to complete tasks effectively.

What will you do?

• Work scheduled from Sunday to Saturday, with flexible days depending on location needs.
• Full-time: at least 5 days a week, including Friday.
• Part-time: 2-4 days, including Friday.
• Start work between 6am-9am, working until 6pm, no evenings required.
• Locate, stock, and straighten merchandise; transport coupons and signage materials.
• Use mobile technology to document work with photos and data, reporting daily.
• Represent Acosta and partner with Walmart store teams to complete merchandising tasks.

• Develop strong relationships within your assigned stores, becoming a trusted resource.
• Work independently while maintaining good communication with store staff and your manager.
• Share best practices and seek support when needed.
• Follow detailed instructions carefully to ensure quality work.

Tools needed for the job

• Reliable transportation to visit multiple retail locations daily.
