Description and Requirements

As a Merchandiser Retail Coverage - Walmart - PRIMARY at Acosta, you'll ensure our client brands stand out at Walmart stores by driving product availability. Your retail merchandising activities will connect customers with popular brands in one of the world's largest retailers.

What will you do?

• Work scheduled from Sunday to Saturday, with days depending on location needs.
• Full-time: Flexible schedule, at least 5 days a week, including Friday.
• Start between 6am-9am; work hours from 6am to 6pm, no evenings.
• Locate, stock, and pack out merchandise; straighten products on shelves.
• Transport coupons and signage materials into the store.
• Use a company-issued mobile device to complete tasks and answer step-by-step questions.
• Take photos of completed work to demonstrate success.
• Represent Acosta and its clients in Walmart stores.
• Partner with store management and associates to complete tasks.
• Communicate with your manager via email, phone, and text.

How will you succeed?

• Own your store(s) and build relationships with Walmart staff.
• Work independently while representing Acosta and Walmart positively.
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
• Share best practices with the nationwide team.
• Follow detailed instructions and complete work within deadlines.
• Accurately report work and submit data and photos on the same day.
