Description and Requirements

As a Merchandiser at Acosta, your role is to ensure that our client brands stand out at Walmart stores by driving product availability. Your efforts will connect customers with brands they love in one of the largest retailers in the world.

What will you do?

• Work scheduled from Sunday to Saturday, days depending on location needs.
• Full-Time: Flexible schedule, at least 5 days a week, including Friday.
• Part-Time: 2-4 days, including Friday.
• Start work between 6am-9am; work hours from 6am to 6pm (no evenings).
• Locate merchandise, stock and pack out products, straighten shelves.
• Transport coupons and signage materials.
• Use a company-issued mobile device for work, navigating multiple applications.
• Complete step-by-step questions within Acosta’s field technology.
• Take photos of completed work.
• Represent Acosta and our clients in Walmart.
• Partner with store management and associates.
• Communicate with your manager via email, phone, and text.

How will you succeed?

• Own your store(s) and build relationships.
• Work independently while representing Acosta and Walmart.
• Communicate effectively with store staff and team members.
• Share best practices and leverage support from nationwide teams.
• Ask for help when needed.
• Complete tasks within deadlines and follow instructions carefully.
• Provide accurate data and photos, reporting work the same day.

Tools needed for the job

• Reliable transportation to multiple retail locations daily.
