Description and Requirements

As a Merchandiser Retail Coverage - Walmart - PRIMARY at Acosta, you'll ensure Acosta's client brands stand out at Walmart stores by driving product availability. Your efforts executing retail merchandising activities will connect customers with the brands they love in one of the largest retailers in the world.

What will you do?

• Work scheduled days from Sunday to Saturday, depending on location needs.
• Full-Time: Flexible schedule, at least 5 days a week (Friday required).
• Start between 6am-9am; work hours from 6am to 6pm, no evenings.
• Locate, stock, and pack merchandise; straighten products on shelves.
• Transport coupons and signage materials into stores.
• Use a company-issued mobile device to complete tasks, take photos, and navigate multiple applications.
• Answer step-by-step questions in Acosta's field technology.
• Represent Acosta and its clients in Walmart stores.
• Partner with Walmart staff and collaborate with your manager via email, phone, and text.

How will you succeed?

• Own your store(s) and build relationships with Walmart staff.
• Work independently while maintaining communication with the team.
• Effectively communicate and share best practices nationwide.
• Complete tasks within the provided timeframes and follow detailed instructions.
• Accurately report work and submit data and photos on the same day.
