Job Overview

As a Merchandiser Retail Coverage - Walmart - PRIMARY at Acosta, you will ensure our client brands stand out at Walmart stores by driving product availability. Your efforts in retail merchandising will connect customers with their favorite brands in one of the largest retailers in the world.

Responsibilities

• Work scheduled from Sunday to Saturday, with days depending on location needs.
• Flexible scheduling: Full-time (at least 5 days, Friday required) or Part-time (2-4 days, Friday required).
• Start between 6am-9am, work until 6pm (no evenings).
• Locate merchandise, stock and pack products, straighten shelves.
• Transport coupons and signage materials into stores.
• Use a company-issued mobile device to complete tasks and take photos of completed work.
• Represent Acosta and partner with Walmart store management and associates.

Success Factors

• Own your store(s) and build relationships within Walmart.
• Work independently while maintaining communication with your manager.
• Communicate effectively with store staff and the Acosta team.
• Follow detailed instructions and complete work within deadlines.
• Report work and submit data and photos promptly.

Tools Needed

• Reliable transportation for visiting multiple retail locations daily.
