Description and Requirements

As a Merchandiser Retail Coverage - Walmart - PRIMARY at Acosta, you'll ensure our client brands stand out at Walmart stores by driving product availability. Your role involves executing retail merchandising activities to connect customers with popular brands in one of the world's largest retailers.

What will you do?

• Work scheduled days, typically Sunday through Saturday, depending on location needs. Full-time schedule requires at least 5 days a week, including Friday.
• Start work between 6am-9am; work hours are from 6am to 6pm, with no evening shifts.
• Locate merchandise in the backroom, stock and pack out products, and straighten items on shelves.
• Transport coupons and signage materials into the store.
• Use a company-issued mobile device to complete tasks, answer step-by-step questions, and take photos of completed work.
• Represent Acosta and its clients in Walmart stores, partnering with store management and associates.
• Maintain communication with your manager via email, phone, and text.

How will you succeed?

• Take ownership of your assigned stores, building relationships with store staff.
• Work independently while representing Acosta professionally.
• Communicate effectively with store personnel and the Acosta team.
• Share best practices and seek support when needed.
• Complete tasks within the scheduled timeframe and follow detailed instructions to ensure quality.
• Report your work and submit photos on the same day of completion.

• Reliable transportation to travel between retail locations.
