Description and Requirements

As a Merchandiser Retail Coverage - Walmart - PRIMARY at Acosta, you’ll ensure Acosta’s client brands stand out at Walmart stores by driving product availability. Your efforts executing retail merchandising activities will connect customers with the brands they love in one of the largest retailers in the world.

What will you do?

• Work scheduled days from Sunday through Saturday, depending on location needs.
• Flexible schedules for Full-Time (at least 5 days, including Friday) and Part-Time (2-4 days, including Friday).
• Start work between 6am-9am, work between 6am to 6pm (no evenings).
• Locate merchandise in the backroom, stock and pack out products.
• Straighten product on shelves.
• Transport coupons and signage materials into the store.
• Use a company-issued mobile device to complete work tasks and navigate applications.
• Answer step-by-step questions within Acosta’s technology platform.
• Take photos of completed work to demonstrate success.
• Represent Acosta and its clients in Walmart stores.
• Partner with store management and associates to complete tasks.
• Communicate with your manager via email, phone, and text.

• Own your store(s) and build relationships to become a trusted resource.
• Work independently while maintaining a strong relationship with Walmart.
• Communicate effectively with store staff and Acosta team members.
• Share best practices with the nationwide Walmart team.
• Seek help from your manager when needed.
• Complete tasks within the designated timeframe.
• Follow detailed instructions carefully to ensure accuracy.
• Provide precise data and photos as instructed.
• Report your work the same day it is completed.

Tools needed for the job

• Reliable transportation to travel between retail locations daily.
