Description and Requirements

As a Merchandiser at Acosta, your role is to ensure our client brands stand out at Walmart stores by driving product availability. You will execute retail merchandising activities to connect customers with brands they love in one of the largest retailers in the world.

What will you do?

• Work scheduled from Sunday to Saturday, with days depending on location needs.
• Flexible schedules: Full-Time (at least 5 days, including Friday) or Part-Time (2-4 days, including Friday).
• Start between 6am-9am; work hours from 6am to 6pm, no evenings.
• Locate, stock, and straighten merchandise; transport coupons and signage materials.
• Use a company-issued mobile device to complete tasks and take photos of completed work.
• Represent Acosta and its clients at Walmart, collaborating with store management and associates.

How will you succeed?

• Own your store(s) and build relationships with Walmart staff.
• Work independently while maintaining communication with your manager.
• Follow detailed instructions, provide accurate data and photos, and report work daily.

Tools needed

• Reliable transportation to multiple retail locations.
