Description and Requirements

As a Merchandiser Retail Coverage - Walmart - PRIMARY at Acosta, you'll ensure our client brands stand out at Walmart stores by driving product availability. Your role involves executing retail merchandising activities to connect customers with the brands they love in one of the world's largest retailers.

What will you do?

• Work scheduled days from Sunday to Saturday, with specific days depending on location.
• Start between 6am-9am; work hours from 6am to 6pm, no evenings.
• Locate merchandise, stock, and pack out products.
• Straighten products on shelves and transport coupons and signage materials.
• Use a company-issued mobile device to complete work, navigate applications, and take photos of completed tasks.
• Represent Acosta and its clients in assigned Walmart stores.
• Partner with store management and associates to complete tasks.
• Communicate regularly with your manager via email, phone, or text.

How will you succeed?

• Own your store(s) and build relationships with Walmart staff.
• Work independently while maintaining communication with the team.
• Follow detailed instructions to ensure accuracy.
• Provide timely, accurate data and photos, reporting work the same day.

Tools needed for the job:

• Reliable transportation to multiple retail locations.
