Description and Requirements

As a Merchandiser Retail Coverage - Walmart - PRIMARY at Acosta, you will ensure that our client brands are well represented at Walmart stores by maintaining product availability. Your role involves executing retail merchandising activities that connect customers with popular brands in one of the world's largest retailers.

What will you do?

Work schedule may be Sunday through Saturday, depending on location needs. Specific days will be communicated accordingly.

Full-Time : Flexible schedule, at least 5 days a week (Friday required).

Part-Time : Flexible schedule, 2-4 days (Friday required).

Start work between 6am-9am, work hours from 6am to 6pm (no evenings).

Locate merchandise in the backroom, stock and pack out products.

Straighten products on shelves.

Transport coupons and signage materials into the store.

Use a company-issued mobile device to complete tasks, navigating multiple applications.

Answer simple, step-by-step questions within Acosta’s field technology on your mobile device.

Take photos of your completed work to demonstrate success.

Represent Acosta and our clients at your assigned Walmart store(s).

Partner with Walmart store management and staff to complete tasks.

Communicate regularly with your manager via email, phone, and text.

Complete tasks within designated timeframes, following detailed instructions to ensure accuracy.

Provide timely and precise data and photos as instructed, reporting progress on the same day.

Tools needed for the job

• Reliable transportation to travel between multiple retail locations daily.
