As a Merchandiser Retail Coverage - Walmart - PRIMARY at Acosta, you’ll ensure our client brands stand out at Walmart stores by driving product availability. Your role involves executing retail merchandising activities to connect customers with the brands they love in one of the largest retailers in the world.

What will you do?

• Work scheduled from Sunday to Saturday, with days depending on location needs.
• Flexible schedules: Full-Time (at least 5 days, including Friday) or Part-Time (2-4 days, including Friday).
• Start between 6am-9am; work hours from 6am to 6pm (no evenings).
• Locate merchandise, stock and pack out products, straighten shelves.
• Transport coupons and signage materials into stores.
• Use a company-issued mobile device to complete tasks, answer step-by-step questions, and take photos of completed work.
• Represent Acosta and its clients at Walmart stores, partnering with store management and associates.
• Collaborate with your manager via email, phone, and text.

How will you succeed?

• Take ownership of your store(s) and build relationships within Walmart.
• Work independently while representing the company professionally.
• Communicate effectively with store staff and team members.
• Share best practices and leverage support from the nationwide Walmart team.
• Follow detailed instructions carefully and report work daily.

Tools needed for the job

• Reliable transportation to travel to multiple retail locations daily.
