Description and Requirements

As a Merchandiser at Acosta, you'll ensure our client brands stand out at Walmart stores by driving product availability. Your retail merchandising activities will connect customers with their favorite brands in one of the world's largest retailers.

What will you do?

• Work scheduled days from Sunday to Saturday, depending on store needs.
• Start between 6am-9am, work until 6pm, no evenings.
• Locate and stock merchandise, straighten shelves, and transport coupons and signage.
• Use a company-issued mobile device for work, including capturing photos and answering step-by-step questions.
• Represent Acosta and its clients in your assigned Walmart store(s), collaborating with store management and associates.
• Communicate effectively with your manager via email, phone, and text.

• Build relationships with store staff, acting as the face of Acosta.
• Work independently while maintaining communication and following instructions closely.
• Provide accurate data and photos promptly.
• Complete work within deadlines.
