Responsibilities

• Work scheduled from Sunday to Saturday, with days depending on location needs.
• Flexible schedules: full-time (at least 5 days, including Friday) or part-time (2-4 days, including Friday).
• Start between 6am-9am; work hours from 6am to 6pm (no evenings).
• Locate merchandise, stock, and pack out products.
• Straighten products on shelves and place coupons/signage materials.
• Use a company-issued mobile device to complete tasks, take photos, and answer step-by-step questions.
• Represent Acosta and partner with Walmart store management and associates.

Success Factors

• Ownership of your store(s) and building relationships within Walmart.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively.
• Utilize support channels and follow detailed instructions.
• Complete work within deadlines and report daily.
