Description and Requirements

As a Merchandiser at Acosta, your role is to ensure our client brands are well represented at Walmart stores by maintaining product availability. Your merchandising activities will help connect customers with their favorite brands in one of the world's largest retailers.

Responsibilities

• Work scheduled from Sunday to Saturday, with specific days depending on store requirements.
• Full-Time: Flexible schedule, at least 5 days/week, including Friday.
• Start between 6am-9am; work hours from 6am to 6pm, no evenings.
• Locate, stock, and organize merchandise, including backroom and shelf products.
• Transport and place coupons and signage materials in-store.
• Use a company-issued mobile device to complete tasks and document work with photos.
• Represent Acosta and our clients professionally in Walmart stores.
• Collaborate with store management and associates to complete tasks efficiently.
• Maintain communication with your manager via email, phone, and text.

Success Factors

• Own your assigned store(s) and build strong relationships with store staff.
• Work independently while representing the Walmart and Acosta brands.
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
• Follow detailed instructions to ensure accuracy.
• Complete and report work on the same day.
