Description and Requirements

As a Merchandiser for Retail Coverage at Acosta, you'll ensure our client brands stand out at Walmart stores by driving product availability. Your retail merchandising activities will connect customers with their favorite brands in one of the world's largest retailers.

What will you do?

• Work scheduled from Sunday to Saturday, days depending on location needs.
• Flexible schedules: full-time (at least 5 days, including Friday) or part-time (2-4 days, including Friday).
• Start between 6am-9am, work until 6pm; evenings are not required.
• Locate merchandise, stock and pack out products, straighten shelves.
• Transport coupons and signage materials into stores.
• Use a company-issued mobile device for work, navigating multiple applications.
• Complete simple, step-by-step questions within Acosta’s field technology.
• Take photos of completed work to demonstrate success.
• Represent Acosta and our clients in Walmart stores.
• Partner with store management and associates to complete tasks.
• Communicate with your manager via email, phone, and text.

How will you succeed?

• Own your store(s) and build relationships within Walmart.
• Work independently while representing Acosta as part of Walmart’s team.
• Communicate effectively with store staff and your team.
• Share best practices and leverage support from nationwide Walmart teams.
• Seek help from your manager when needed.
• Complete tasks within deadlines and follow instructions carefully.
• Provide accurate data and photos, reporting your work the same day.

Tools needed for the job

• Reliable transportation to visit multiple retail locations daily.
