Description and Requirements

As a Merchandiser Retail Coverage - Walmart - PRIMARY at Acosta, you'll ensure Acosta's client brands stand out at Walmart stores by driving product availability. Your efforts executing retail merchandising activities will connect customers with the brands they love in one of the largest retailers in the world.

What will you do?

• Work scheduled from Sunday to Saturday, with days depending on location requirements.
• Full-Time: Flexible schedule, at least 5 days a week (Friday required).
• Start work between 6am-9am; work hours from 6am to 6pm (no evenings).
• Locate merchandise in the backroom, stock and pack out products.
• Straighten products on shelves.
• Receive and transport coupons and signage materials to store.
• Use a company-issued mobile device to complete work, navigating multiple applications.
• Answer simple, step-by-step questions within Acosta's field technology.
• Take photos of completed work to demonstrate success.
• Represent Acosta and clients in Walmart stores.
• Partner with Walmart store management and associates.
• Communicate with your manager via email, phone, and text.

How will you succeed?

• Own your store(s) and build relationships with Walmart staff.
• Work independently while representing Acosta.
• Communicate effectively with store staff and team members.
• Share best practices and leverage support from the Walmart team nationwide.
• Seek help from your manager when needed.
• Complete work within the given timeframe and follow instructions carefully.
• Provide accurate data and photos, reporting your work the same day.
