Description and Responsibilities

As a Merchandiser at Acosta, you will ensure our client brands stand out at Walmart stores by driving product availability. Your efforts will connect customers with the brands they love in one of the largest retailers in the world.

Key Responsibilities

• Work scheduled days, which may include Sundays through Saturdays, depending on location needs.
• Flexible schedules for full-time (at least 5 days, including Friday) or part-time (2-4 days, including Friday).
• Start work between 6am-9am; work hours from 6am to 6pm, no evenings.
• Locate, stock, and straighten merchandise; transport coupons and signage materials.
• Use a company-issued mobile device for completing work and taking photos.
• Collaborate with store management and partners to complete tasks efficiently.

Success Factors

• Own your assigned store(s) and build strong relationships.
• Communicate effectively with store staff and team members.
• Follow detailed instructions and complete work within deadlines.
• Accurately report work and submit photos on the same day.
