Merchandiser Retail Coverage II - Walmart - FLOATER

Join Acosta as a Merchandiser Retail Coverage II - Walmart - FLOATER and ensure our client brands stand out at Walmart stores by driving product availability. Your role involves executing retail merchandising activities to connect customers with the brands they love in one of the world's largest retailers.

Responsibilities:

• Work scheduled on days from Sunday to Saturday, with start times between 6am-9am and work hours up to 6pm, avoiding evenings.
• Locate merchandise, stock and pack products, straighten shelves, and handle coupons and signage materials.
• Use a company-issued mobile device for work, navigating multiple applications and answering step-by-step questions.
• Take photos of completed work to demonstrate success.
• Represent Acosta and its clients in Walmart stores, collaborating with store management and associates.
• Communicate effectively with your manager via email, phone, and text.

Success factors:

• Own your store(s) and build strong relationships with Walmart staff.
• Work independently while being an extension of the Walmart team.
• Communicate effectively and share best practices across the nationwide team.
• Follow detailed instructions and complete work within deadlines, providing accurate data and photos daily.

Tools needed:
