Description and Requirements

As a Merchandiser Retail Coverage II - Walmart - FLOATER at Acosta, you’ll ensure our client brands stand out at Walmart stores by driving product availability. Your retail merchandising activities will connect customers with the brands they love in one of the largest retailers worldwide.

What will you do?

• Work scheduled from Sunday to Saturday, with days depending on location needs.
• Part-Time: Flexible schedule, 2-4 days per week, including Fridays.
• Start between 6am-9am; work hours from 6am to 6pm, no evenings.
• Locate merchandise, stock, and pack out products.
• Straighten products on shelves.
• Transport coupons and signage materials into the store.
• Use a company-issued mobile device to complete tasks, navigate applications, and take photos of completed work.
• Represent Acosta and our clients in your assigned Walmart store(s).
• Partner with store management and associates to complete your tasks.
• Communicate regularly with your manager via email, phone, and text.

How will you succeed?

• Take ownership of your store(s) and build strong relationships.
• Work independently while representing the Walmart and Acosta brands.
• Communicate effectively with store staff and team members.
• Share best practices with the nationwide Walmart team.
• Seek assistance from your manager when needed.
• Complete tasks within set timeframes, following detailed instructions, and report work daily with data and photos.

• Reliable transportation to multiple retail locations.
