Description and Requirements

As a Merchandiser Retail Coverage II - Walmart - FLOATER at Acosta, you'll ensure our client brands stand out at Walmart stores by driving product availability. Your retail merchandising activities will connect customers with the brands they love in one of the largest retailers in the world.

What will you do?
  • Work scheduled between Sunday and Saturday, with start times between 6am-9am and work hours from 6am to 6pm (no evenings).
  • Locate, stock, and pack out products in the backroom.
  • Straighten products on shelves and manage signage materials.
  • Use a company-issued mobile device to complete tasks, answer questions, and take photos.
  • Represent Acosta and its clients at Walmart stores, partnering with store management and associates.
  • Communicate with your manager via email, phone, and text, and complete work within designated timeframes following detailed instructions.
How will you succeed?
  • Build strong relationships with store staff and be the face of Acosta in your assigned stores.
  • Work independently while maintaining communication with your team.
  • Report your work accurately and promptly.
  • Own your store(s) and effectively manage your responsibilities.
Tools needed for the job
  • Reliable transportation to travel between retail locations.
