Description and Requirements

As a Merchandiser Retail Coverage II - Walmart - FLOATER at Acosta, you'll ensure our client brands stand out at Walmart stores by driving product availability. Your retail merchandising activities will connect customers with their favorite brands in one of the world's largest retailers.

What will you do?

• Work scheduled from Sunday to Saturday, with days varying by location.
• Start between 6am-9am, working until 6pm (no evenings).
• Locate merchandise in backrooms, stock, and pack out products.
• Straighten products on shelves.
• Transport coupons and signage materials into stores.
• Use a company-issued mobile device to complete work and navigate multiple applications.
• Answer step-by-step questions within Acosta's field technology.
• Take photos of completed work to demonstrate success.
• Represent Acosta and its clients at Walmart stores.
• Partner with store management and associates to complete tasks.
• Communicate regularly with your manager via email, phone, and text.

How will you succeed?

• Own your store(s) and build relationships with Walmart staff.
• Work independently while being an extension of the Walmart team.
• Communicate effectively with store staff and Acosta team members.
• Share best practices and leverage support from nationwide teams.
• Complete tasks within the designated timeframe and follow instructions carefully.
• Provide accurate data and photos, reporting work on the same day.
