Description and Requirements

As a Merchandiser Retail Coverage II - Walmart - FLOATER at Acosta, you'll ensure our client brands stand out at Walmart stores by driving product availability. Your execution of retail merchandising activities will connect customers with the brands they love in one of the largest retailers in the world.

What will you do?

• Work scheduled from Sunday to Saturday, with days depending on location needs.
• Part-Time: Flexible schedule, 2-4 days (Friday required).
• Start between 6am-9am, work until 6pm (no evenings).
• Locate, stock, and pack out merchandise, straighten products on shelves.
• Transport coupons and signage materials into the store.
• Use a company-issued mobile device to complete work and navigate applications.
• Answer step-by-step questions in Acosta’s field technology, take photos of completed work.
• Represent Acosta and its clients in your assigned Walmart store(s).
• Partner with store management and associates to complete tasks.
• Communicate regularly with your manager via email, phone, and text.

• Own your store(s) and build relationships as the face of Acosta.
• Work independently while maintaining a positive relationship with Walmart staff.
• Communicate effectively with store personnel and your team.
• Share best practices with the nationwide Walmart team.
• Seek help from your manager when needed.
• Complete tasks within set timeframes, follow instructions carefully, and report work daily.
