Description and Requirements

As a Merchandiser Retail Coverage II - Walmart - FLOATER at Acosta, you will ensure that Acosta’s client brands stand out at Walmart stores by driving product availability. Your responsibilities include executing retail merchandising activities that connect customers with brands in one of the largest retailers in the world.

What will you do?

• Work scheduled days from Sunday to Saturday, depending on location needs.
• Part-Time: Flexible schedule, 2-4 days per week, with Friday required.
• Start between 6am-9am; work hours from 6am to 6pm (no evenings).
• Locate merchandise in the backroom, stock, and pack out products.
• Straighten products on shelves.
• Transport coupons and signage materials into stores.
• Use a company-issued mobile device to complete tasks and navigate applications.
• Answer step-by-step questions within Acosta’s field technology.
• Take photos of completed work to demonstrate success.
• Represent both Acosta and its clients in Walmart stores.
• Partner with Walmart store management and associates.
• Communicate regularly with your manager via email, phone, and text.

• Own your store(s) and build relationships with Walmart staff.
• Work independently while representing Acosta and maintaining a collaborative attitude.
• Communicate effectively with store staff and the Acosta team.
• Share best practices and leverage support from the nationwide Walmart team.

• Complete work within deadlines and follow detailed instructions carefully.
