Position Overview

We love fashion and people. As a Part-Time Merchandiser, you will drive store sales and loyalty by ensuring an exceptional customer experience through well-merchandised, visually engaging, and brand-appropriate store environments.

Responsibilities

• Act and lead through our core values of humility, empathy, authenticity, relationships, and tenacity (HEART).
• Execute weekly and monthly merchandising directives in partnership with store leadership and regional managers.
• Implement visual strategies to drive sales, create brand consistency, and enhance customer experience.
• Maintain visual standards throughout the store on a daily and weekly basis.
• React to sell-through data and replenish the styling floor, focusing on outfitting and floorset integrity.
• Collaborate with the Inventory Specialist to execute markdowns, re-merchandise the styling floor, and manage sale sections.

Requirements

• Clear and motivating communication skills with strong presentation abilities.
