Job Description

Pay Rate: $19.30/hour

This role involves product merchandising within large stores (Grocery, etc.), including stocking shelves, rotating products, setting up displays, and moving products from storage to the sales floor. It requires physical labor such as lifting (20-45 pounds), bending, reaching, and squatting. The schedule is consistent with specific start times, with opportunities for schedule adjustments over time.

PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Merchandising store shelves, coolers, and displays
• Rotating products in the backroom and on shelves
• Transporting products using equipment like hand trucks and pallet jacks
• Displaying promotional materials
• Maintaining neatness in the backroom
• Communicating store issues to management
• Building customer relationships
• Following operating procedures
• Providing customer service
• Operating with minimal supervision
• Using handheld devices for order input
• Maintaining reliable attendance

Minimum Education Required: High School/GED

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 or older
• Pass physical capabilities test if applicable
• Reliable transportation and valid U.S. Driver's License with proof of insurance

Helpful Experience: Retail or grocery store experience, inventory management, merchandising, customer service, and safe product handling.
