Job Overview

The Merchandiser is responsible for presenting products attractively at our retail locations, servicing and maintaining multiple accounts by merchandising approved products and packages, following safety and quality guidelines. Ability to follow planograms and communicate effectively with store management and cross-functional teams.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Fill, merchandise, and rotate products on shelves and displays according to procedures and programs
• Physically move products from backroom to display areas
• Create and distribute point of sale materials, rotate products, and check vendor operations
• Organize back room stock, manage returns, and handle damaged or outdated products
• Build and maintain relationships with store personnel, follow up on requests, and discuss upcoming activities

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

• Effective communication skills (listening, speaking, writing)
• Customer service experience preferred
• Interpersonal skills to satisfy diverse customer needs
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment (lifting 50 lbs. repetitively)
• Ability to work independently and reliably
• Critical thinking skills

Minimum Qualifications

• Valid in-state driver’s license
• Excellent driving record
• Proof of insurance meeting coverage requirements
