Description

The Merchandiser’s main responsibilities include assisting with sales and creating brand awareness. A sales merchandiser should have knowledge of our products as they relate to the deli.

Pay Rate: $19.00-$22.00 based on experience. Weekly payroll via direct deposit.

Our team is seeking a Part-Time Merchandiser committed to safety and customer service. The duties include operating a deli slicer safely, setting up deli cases, understanding schematics/planograms, maintaining marketing displays, managing time effectively, and building customer relationships.

Minimum Requirements:

• Flexibility to travel up to 30%
• Ability to read and write English
• Computer skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Strong communication, organization, and decision-making skills
• Availability to work weekends occasionally
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of customer service/sales experience preferred; deli experience a plus
• Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and valid ID or Passport for travel
• Ability to pass the ServSafe Manager exam

Physical and Environmental Conditions:

• Standing, bending, twisting, lifting up to 20 pounds frequently, up to 50 pounds occasionally, and pushing carts up to 100 lbs.
• Work in room temperature and refrigerated cooler areas
• Operate motor vehicles and perform physical tasks as described
