Heart of America Beverage Company in Springfield, MO is seeking a Part-time Merchandiser to join our Aurora market team. This entry-level role offers 10 to 12 hours per week, primarily Mondays, Thursdays, Saturdays and Sundays at two route locations.

You will neatly merchandise displays, rotate products, set up displays, maintain price tags, and provide solid customer service. A valid driver’s license and ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen are required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand for extended periods; lift up to 40 pounds regularly and up to a 185 pound keg.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must have a clean driving record.
• Must be able to pass pre‑employment drug screen.
• Must work weekends and be flexible for schedule.

Responsibilities

• Neatly merchandising displays and shelves, and maintaining clean shelf conditions.
• Building display point of sale in all areas of stores.
• Properly rotating product.
• Maintain accurate price tags and point of sale in all departments.
• Establish and maintain rapport with key store individuals and provide outstanding customer service.
• Maintain a timely and accurate call schedule.
• Identify and communicate individual store problems and opportunities to the sales management staff.
• Other duties may be assigned as necessary.

Heart of America Beverage is seeking an energetic candidate to join our merchandising team as a Part‑time Merchandiser in the Aurora market. If you enjoy a fast paced and dynamic environment, this job may be for you. The most fun part? We sell beer for a living! We are looking for an individual that is interested in working 10 to 12 hours a week on Monday, Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday at two route locations.

Starting at $16.00 per hour.

Merchandiser Primary Responsibilities:

• Neatly merchandising displays and shelves, and maintaining clean shelf conditions
• Building display point of sale in all areas of stores
• Properly rotating product
• Maintain accurate price tags and point of sale in all departments
• Establish and maintain rapport with key store individuals and provide outstanding customer service
• Maintain a timely and accurate call schedule
• Identify and communicate individual store problems and opportunities to the sales management staff
• Other duties may be assigned as necessary

Qualifications

• There are many physical qualifications that merchandisers must meet: required to stand for extended periods; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, bend, or crouch; lift above head; lift heavy items, up to 40 pounds on a regular basis and occasionally up to a 185 pound keg; go back and forth from cold coolers; climb ladders; and talk, see, and hear.

• Must be able to pass pre‑employment drug screen
• This position requires that the Merchandiser have a strong work ethic, be detail oriented, quality focused, self‑motivated, and work in a team‑oriented environment.
• The Merchandiser must possess the ability to work in a fast‑paced distribution environment; and the flexibility to work weekends as needed.
