Heart of America Beverage is seeking energetic candidates to join our merchandising team in Springfield. If you enjoy a fast-paced and dynamic environment, this job may be for you. We sell beer for a living! Our culture is made up of people passionate about beer and having fun. We work hard and have fun along the way. Must be able to work 3 eight-hour shifts or 2 ten-hour shifts, with flexibility around school schedules. Starting at $16.00 per hour.

Primary Responsibilities

• Neatly merchandise displays and shelves, maintain clean conditions
• Build display point of sale in stores
• Properly rotate products
• Maintain accurate price tags and point of sale materials
• Establish rapport with store personnel and provide excellent customer service
• Maintain a timely call schedule
• Identify and communicate store issues and opportunities to management
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Physical ability to lift up to 165 pounds (kegs) and 45 pounds repeatedly, stand for long periods, and tolerate temperature changes
• Ability to follow directions
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Pass pre-employment drug screening
• Self-motivated
