Job summary

Red Bull Distribution Company, Inc. is seeking a Sales Support teammate to merchandise products on shelves and displays, ensuring proper rotation and adherence to planograms. You will pull stock from back rooms, verify dates, and report damaged items for exchange.

The role requires a valid US driver1s license, reliable vehicle with insurance, and the ability to lift up to 25 pounds. English is required with additional languages a plus.

Qualifications

• Valid US drivers license required.
• Reliable vehicle with minimum insurance coverage.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Merchandising experience is a plus.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or displays.
• English; other languages an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise products on shelves and displays per planograms and shelf schematics.
• Rotate stock from back stock to shelves, displays, or cold vaults; review dates at every visit.
• Pull and report dented, damaged, dirty, or expired product for removal or exchange.
• Ensure cold equipment and displays are current, clean and presented to brand standards.
• Maintain organized backstock areas to support stock levels and freshness.
• Support in-store execution, including building and optimizing displays to maximize visibility and sales.
• Other duties as assigned.

Job description

SALES SUPPORT

Merchandise products on shelves, in displays, cold vaults and in coolers, ensuring full stock, proper rotation, and compliance with planograms and shelf schematics.

Rotate products from back stock to shelves, displays, or cold vaults, reviewing code dates at every visit.

Pull and report any dented, damaged, dirty, or expired product for removal or exchange.

Ensure all cold equipment, racks and other point of sale are current, clean, and presented in accordance with brand standards.

Maintain clean, organized backstock areas by consolidating inventory to support optimal stock levels and product freshness.

Support in-store execution, which may include building, maintaining, and optimizing displays to maximize visibility and sales.

Other duties as assigned.

COMMUNICATION

May regularly collaborate with Account Sales Manager(s) or customers to address product availability, optimize display execution, and support inventory needs.

Build and maintain positive, professional relationships with customers to support strong in-store execution.

QUALIFICATIONS

• A Valid US Driver's License
• Reliable vehicle to be used for work purposes with at least the minimum insurance coverage
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Experience merchandising is a plus
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays necessary
• English; additional languages an advantage
