Job summary

Cold Front Distribution is seeking a Part–Time Frozen Food Merchandiser to service the Oklahoma City market. This role involves placing delivered frozen products in convenience and retail stores and supporting routes as needed.

The position offers $16.00 per hour with mileage reimbursement at 0.45 per mile. Candidates must pass background checks and have a valid vehicle with proof of insurance; lifting up to 50 lbs in back freezer areas is required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of DSD and retail food practices is a plus.
• Must be able to lift/move product up to 50 lbs and assist with freezer duties.

Responsibilities

• Place delivered frozen food products at convenience and retail stores.
• Clean ice cream freezer units and support routes as needed.
• Pass post-offer / pre-employment background check and obtain a satisfactory MVR.
• You must have your own vehicle and provide proof of insurance upon hire.

• $16.00 Hourly
• Mileage reimbursement for personal car usage is paid at $.45 per mile.

Responsibilities

• Placement of delivered frozen food product at convenience and retail stores.
• Cleaning of ice cream freezer units, assisting routes as needed.
• Knowledge of DSD, retail food business practices a PLUS but not required.
• Environment includes time spent moving or lifting product up to 50lbs in back freezer rooms of stores.
• Qualified candidates must pass post offer / pre-employment background check and have a satisfactory MVR. You must have your own vehicle and provide proof of insurance upon hire.
