Job summary

Cold Front Distribution LLC is seeking a Frozen Food Merchandiser to stock and merchandise frozen items at assigned locations. You will maintain clean freezer displays and rotate stock to company standards.

You will build positive relationships with store personnel, monitor inventory needs, and complete tasks independently within scheduled hours while following safety procedures. High school diploma is preferred, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds in a cold environment is required.

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail, merchandising, grocery, or Direct Store Delivery (DSD) experience preferred but not required.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance required.
• Ability and willingness to learn company merchandising procedures and standards.

Physical Requirements & Work Environment

The Merchandiser must be able to regularly stand, walk, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull, and lift products while servicing assigned accounts. The position requires the ability to safely handle and move frozen food products weighing up to 50 pounds, stock shelves and freezers, and work in refrigerated and freezer environments for extended periods. The employee must also be able to perform repetitive movements and maintain physical activity throughout the scheduled shift. The employee must be able to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.

The Frozen Food Merchandiser is responsible for maintaining and merchandising frozen food products at assigned retail and convenience store locations. This position ensures products are properly stocked, rotated, organized, and presented according to company and customer standards. The Merchandiser works independently to maintain attractive product displays, clean and organized freezer areas, and positive relationships with store personnel while providing dependable and professional service.
